Scott made Avery a pancake snake for breakfast. As you can see from the picture, he was quite surprised at its size.
The children wanted to dress up the other day so Avery pulled down his old costumes. The one Alia is in, Avery wore at 1 year 3 months. She is a lot smaller than he was since she is 1 year 8 months and it's big on her.
This is how she walks around these days. She has to have her bear and two babies. She is learning to count and ask for "other" baby or two babies when she can only find one. She is very sweet with her babies, singing to them, brushing their teeth, and feeding them. She often says gentle baby and pats her babies on the back. I'm in the picture because she doesn't leave my side.
We have really been enjoying the woods behind our house. Avery and I have spent a few days building a fort with sticks.
He said he was hammering here.

Alia loved collecting things and throwing them in the hole or the creek. She is really starting to talk now, putting 3-4 words together at a time. In this picture she was saying "More berries please Daddy."

aww, you're sweet. Scott and I secretly wish that we lived next to the goodfellas so our children could be best friends and we could be best friends with the mr and mrs!
