Avery wanted to make sushi rolls for his birthday this year. We had some great flavor combinations in Japan so we decided to make a few of those.
We had salmon, veggies, plum, ginger and avocado combinations.
We made his ice cream cake again but this time Alia wanted to decorate it with a summer theme. It was a tall ice cream cake this year.
We took the boat to Oro Bay on Anderson Island.
It was a beautiful weekend.
There is an abandoned ferry on shore on the island that is still in tact. A guy brought it to the island to create a cruise ship service with RV's. For some reason he abandoned the project and the ferry has been there deteriorating for the last 40 years.
